"When we first met Clara Chan, we were looking to downsize our house to a condo or townhome in which we went to Pickering where they are selling for their client. When we requested if we could see more properties around the neighbourhood, they were able to book immediately the other property for us so that we could compare. After showing, they invited us to the nearby Tim Hortons to patiently listen to our needs. They also gave us some useful opinions and recommendations of how we could prepare to sell our house. We were attracted by their passionate and proactive attitude, so we decided to ask them to sell our house and look for our new property. And we think that the commission they requested are very reasonable. Clara is our main contact, and Jonny and Team is always her number one back up and make them the best team. "How Clara got to me was both a surprise and a mystery. I just thought she has set up something which can reach someone who 's in the hunt to purchase a condo. I was really looking for one along the Entertainment corridor close to King Street downtown Toronto. “My close friend and I were looking for a Pre-construction Condo project for an investment. I found Clara online. She was quick and very responsive to my questions and issues.
She educated me and gave insight on the nuances and details of what to watch out for in Pre-construction, and laid out all the detailed cost associated with the purchase, and also showed me the different condo projects that met my budget and needs, with also great appreciation potential. Finding the right project to invest in is tough. I almost gave up with my search. But Clara was very persistent, never gave up, and kept showing me and following up different options for me.
Ultimately, she helped me find the perfect condo for me at 28 Eastern, and guided me throughout the whole process.
